Dispatch Department
Mr. Gary Beasley
VP of Operations

Gary has over 30 years experience in the trucking industry. He has been with our company for 18 years. His team has over 50 years combined experience in trucking.
Ms. Nancy Coleman
Dispatch
MaxTransDispatch
Nancy possesses 30 years experience in the transportation industry. She has 24 years in LTL and 6 at one of our on-site terminals.
Mr. Jonathan Johnson
Dispatch

Jonathan has over 15 years in the trucking industry. He has worked many fields in the trucking industry from driving, loading and unloading to dispatch. He joined our team in May of 2010.
Ms. Beverly Laughlin

Beverly has 10 years experience in the trucking industry. She took a break from the industry and owned her own business for 7 years. She returned to trucking in 2005 and has been with us since 2009.
Ms. Stacy Moore

Stacy holds an Associate’s Degree in Business. She’s been with us for over 9 years and is a valuable member of our dispatch team.
Mr. Russ Nuckulls
Operations Manager

Russ has 10 years of experience in flatbed dispatch which he has gained through our company. He is responsible for the dispatch of 50 flatbed drivers consisting of company drivers and owner operators.

Mary has been with us since 2005. She has 10 years experience in the trucking industry. She served the Milan Arsenal Traffic Department for 4 years and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business.
Ms. Kellie Sweat

Kellie has 10 years experience in the transportation industry, She is a Gulf War veteran having served 8 years in the U.S. Army, We are proud to have her as a member of our team.

Ms. Phyllis Farmer

Phyllis has been with us for 6 years. She has been involved with many departments within our company. She currently handles our company purchases, accounts receivables and payables.
Ms. Angie Hearn

Angie has been with us since 2006. She is our health insurance group administrator and handles payroll for our Owner Operator and Dedicated Divisions.
Ms. Kristy Mosier
Finance Manager

Kristy has been with our company since 2005. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with over 10 years experience. Her degree and prior experience as a tax auditor allows her to efficiently manage all aspects of accounting for Max Trans.
Ms. Jessica Murphy

Jessica is the newest addition to our accounting department. She started with Max Trans in February of 2010. She holds a Master’s in Accounting. She helps in preparing financial statements and financial reporting for Max Trans.

Joan has 26 years experience in the transportation industry. She has been with us for 6 years. She has experience in dispatch and handles our company brokerage.
Ms. Melinda Sanford

Melinda is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. She has been with us since 2009. She has assisted in our Accounting department and handles payroll for all our Company drivers.

Vicky has 20 years experience in the trucking industry. She has been with us since 2006. She has experience in accounts payables and currently handles billing for our company.
Safety Department
Ms. Jessica Acosta

Jessica has been with our company since May of 2010. She is a bilingual professional with over 7 years experience in many aspects of the business field. She hold’s a Bachelor’s in business. She currently handles our driver recruiting and monitors driver safety compliance.
Ms. Alicia Barber

Alicia has been with us since 2005. She has 12 years experience in the trucking industry. She has worked in billing, accounts payables, accounts receivables, and is currently in our Safety Department. She handles driver documentation compliance.
Ms. Chris Beasley

Chris has been with our company for over 11 years. She is the Risk Manager for multiple companies owned by the owners of Max Trans. She has held positions as the Office Supervisor, Payroll Supervisor, and Safety Director. She is responsible for the interpretation and implementation of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as well as OSHA/TOSHA. She is responsible for handling and mitigating the OS&D and Workers Compensation claims.

Keith is the on-site terminal manager for a customer for which we provide dedicated services. He has been with our company for more than 16 years; he previously held positions as Dispatcher and Safety Director.
Mr. Jeff Mansfield
VP of Sales

Jeff has 10 years experience in the transportation industry. He started in operations and has been in sales for the last 5 years. He has been with the Max Trans team since 2009.
Shop Department
Mr. Barry Harrell

Barry has 30 years experience in the trucking industry. He has worked in many positions related to the industry. He’s been a driver, spotter, mechanic, and dispatcher. He has been with us since 2005.
Mr. Randy Wilson
Maintenance Manager

Randy has been working with Max Trans’ owners for over 15 years. His support team has over 60 years of experience in Diesel Mechanics. He served 20 years in our U.S. Military Special Operations Command.
